Clare Atkins (pictured above) has been hired as finance director, bringing 17 years of experience to the role.

She joins from LendInvest where she spent eight years, rising to statutory director on the regulated board of its investment funds business.

Elsewhere, head of real estate finance Chris King has been promoted to CIO and credit manager Slav Melnikovs has been promoted to senior credit manager.

Additionally, PakSun Wu has been promoted from director capital and strategy to director of strategy and capital.
